An Hidden Corner of Verona: Giardino Giusti

Salve a tutti! Il post di oggi è dedicato ad un posto magnifico nascosto nel cuore di Verona: Giardino Giusti.

Hi all! The post today is dedicated to a beautiful place nestled in the heart of Verona: Giardino Giusti.

Da premettere che ho Verona nel cuore perchè mi ricorda la prima gita scolastica dove io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo iniziato ad avvicinarci, per questo lo scorso novembre ci siamo tornati insieme da soli! (Potete vedere un altro post dedicato a Verona qui). Oltre questo legame con Verona devo dire che è una città veramente bella, non è molto grande, c'è tranquillità ma allo stesso tempo vitalità, ma soprattutto nasconde segreti che evocano continuamente la storia del nostro paese! Proprio per questo prima di partire volevo acquistare una guida qui a Bari ma purtroppo non ne ho trovata nessuna e siamo partiti senza un vero e proprio programma, all'avventura! Per fortuna abbiamo trovato subito una guida ad un negozio di souvenir e così ho potuto subito identificare i posti più caratteristici, ma soprattutto i più nascosti! Devo dire che oltre le classiche attrazioni di Verona, un posto che mi ha lasciato davvero con il fiato sospeso e che quindi deve essere annotato assolutamente sul mio taccuino è stato proprio Giardino Giusti. Anche se a pagamento (pochi euro non preoccupatevi) ne vale davvero la pena visitarlo (daltronde se non fosse a pagamento dubito che possa essere così curato!) Sembra un luogo sospeso nel tempo, con statue che evocano l'antica Grecia, che si alternano ad alberi secolari, fiori, e anche un labirinto che ricorda tanto Alice nel Paese delle meraviglie, ma anche Harry Potter! Noi siamo stati fortunati perchè non c'era davvero nessuno durante la nostra visita, e abbiamo potuto passeggiare con calma per poi arrivare sulla cima e osservare tutta Verona!

Una piccola novità per il Blog, una foto che mi sta particolarmente a cuore fatta con l'autoscatto! Vediamo se capite qual'è! :)

First of all I have Verona in the heart because it reminds me of the first school trip, where me and my boyfriend started to get closer, so last November we got back together! (You can see another post dedicated to Verona here). Besides this connection with Verona I must say that it is really a beautiful city, not very big, characterized by tranquility and vitality too, but also with hide secrets that continually evoke the history of our country! Just before leaving for this trip, I wanted to buy a guide here in Bari, but unfortunately I have not found one and we are left without a real program, only with adventure! Luckily we found a quick guide to a gift shop so I could quickly identify the most characteristic, but also the most hidden! I must say that besides the classic sights of Verona, a place that really left me in suspense and that therefore it must be noted on my jotter was absolutely right Giardino Giusti. Although the entry was not free,(do not worry about a few euros) it is really worth a visit (incidentally if notpaid I doubt that would be so nice!)it Looks like a place suspended in time, with statues that evoke ancient Greece, which alternate to trees, flowers, and even a labyrinth reminiscent of Alice in Wonderland, but also Harry Potter! We were lucky because there was really no one during our visit, and we were able to walk calmlyand then get on top and watch all of Verona!

Spero che le foto vi siano piaciute nonostante non siano perfette! Purtoppo non c'era molta luce a causa degli alberi e quando manca la luce la mia macchinetta non rende molto!
Dopo aver visto questo risultato credo di aver imparato la lezione, nei prossimi viaggi mi porterò sempre la mia nuova reflex, e non mi farò intimorire dalla sua scomodità (sono sincera mi intimorisce l'idea di averla al collo per un giorno intero!), perchè i risultati non potranno essere deludenti!

I hope you liked the photos, despire they are not perfect! Unfortunately there was not much light because of trees and when the light is not so much, my camera does not makes a good photos!
After seeing this result, I think I learned the lesson,from the next trip I'll always take my new reflex camera, and I will not be intimidated by its inconvenience (I'm honest the idea of that weight on my neck for all day makes me feel sick!) because the results will not be disappointed!
