Perchè Roma è la Città Eterna

Chi mi segue su instagram e facebook già lo sa, a fine Agosto sono stata a Roma, per un evento davvero imperdibile, il concerto di Francesco De Gregori! Oltre ad essere un evento emozionante, è stata un'occasione per vedere Roma, e devo dire che come sempre anche se piccola, la visita della città, è stata davvero emozionante!

Who follows me on instagram and facebook already knows, in the end of August I was in Rome for a truly unmissable event, a concert by Francesco De Gregori! In addition to being an exciting event, it was an opportunity to see Rome, and I must say that, as always, although small, the city tour, it was really exciting!

Certo non era la mia prima visita a Roma, ma devo dire che questa città trasmette sempre tante emozioni. Forse proprio la fugacità del giro che abbiamo fatto, oppure l'emozione per il concerto che avremmo visto di lì a breve, sono rimasta davvero affascinata dalla Città Eterna. Girarsi tra la gente e vedere tra i turisti La Fontana di Trevi, Piazza di Spagna ma anche semplicemente ritrovarsi incantati nei vicoli nascosti sono state sensazioni davvero indescrivibili, è sembrato un viaggio ben più lungo di 24 ore!

Quindi, se vi trovate in zona, ricordate che una visita alla città ne vale sempre la pena! Ovviamente macchina fotografica alla mano e compagnia giusta renderanno la visita ancor più indimenticabile!

Ma perchè Roma è detta la città Eterna? La risposta è davvero immediata, osservate con quanta straordinarietà le opere antiche si mescolano con la modernità e con la versatilità dei turisti! Fermatevi vicino alla Fontana di Trevi e guardate con quanta perfezione il cielo azzurro fa da sfondo a quelle opere eterne. E' straordinario! Il mio consiglio quindi è proprio questo, vivete la città, ma non dimenticate di fermarvi ad osservare ciò che vi circonda! Scrutate la perfezione delle statue e della pietra scolpita, e immaginate quante persone nel tempo si sono fermate ad osservare le stesse meraviglie! Credo sia proprio questa la bellezza di questa città, e di tutte le città ricche di storia!

It certainly was not my first visit to Rome, but I have to say that this city always transmits many emotions. Perhaps the fact that we did a very small visit to the city, it was really amazing, maybe also because we were really excited for the concert of that night! Turn around among the people and among the tourists and see the Trevi Fountain, and the Piazza di Spagna but also simply find yourself enchanted hidden in the alleys were really indescribable sensations, it seemed a trip much longer than 24 hours!

So if you're in the area, remember that a visit to the city it is always worth it! Obviously, camera in hand and right company will make the visit even more memorable!

But why Rome is called the Eternal City? The answer is really immediate, observed how much extraordinary with antique works are mixed with modernity and with the versatility of the tourists! Stand next to the Trevi Fountain and see with what perfection the blue sky is the backdrop to the works eternal. It 'amazing! My advice is just that, the town you live, but do not forget to stop by to see what is around you! Scrutate the perfection of the statues and carved stone, and imagine how many people have stopped in time to observe the same wonders! I think this is really the beauty of this city, and all cities rich in history!
